This method ensures that the enzymes in the barley grass, which are sensitive to heat, remain active and alive, locking in the fresh nutrients just as they were when harvested. Since vitamins and minerals are also delicate when exposed to heat, we powder the grass without heating it. This allows us to deliver the vibrant, life-giving enzymes to you intact.

The nutrients in barley grass are encased in tough, fibrous material, which naturally makes them difficult for the body to absorb on their own.
ORIZURU addresses this by pressing the raw juice and removing this fibrous material. This process allows your body to absorb the nutrients more efficiently and smoothly.

A Single Drop that Brings Life
1. Harvesting: "Fresh" to the Factory
Fresh, domestically grown barley grass, raised without pesticides, is sent directly to our factory.
2. Washing: With Pure Water
Using pure underground water, each and every leaf is washed thoroughly and carefully.
3. Crushing & Juicing: Extracting the Nutrients
First, the leaves are finely crushed to make nutrient extraction easier. Then, the juice is fully extracted using a screw press.
4. Concentration & Cooling: Preserving Freshness
To protect the nutrients, the freshly squeezed juice is quickly concentrated and cooled.
5. Low-Temperature Spray Drying: Powdering Live Enzymes
The raw juice is turned into powder using low-temperature spray-drying technology. This process locks in the enzymes and beneficial components without destroying them.
6. Manufacturing, Filling & Packaging: Strict Quality Control
